David has 32 years of education experience under his belt. He has presented seminars on Brain Health, Cognitive Engagement, Social Emotional Learning, and more to school districts, corporations, and individuals. His book, "Sideways Boy", comes out this fall.
David founded his company, Purplearn (pronounced purple learn) seven years ago to help fight dementia, Alzheimer's, and other degenerative brain disorders. One of the world's leading brain researchers, Dr. Michael Merzinich, called the Purplearn program, "food for the brain". From our annual long form class at Brookdale to our weekly programs at senior centers, churches, and libraries, Purplearn has helped thousands of people.
