The Greater Monmouth Chamber of Commerce, Howell Chamber of Commerce and the Jackson Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the CentraState Healthcare System, are pleased to invite you to join with other local business leaders to learn more about a new and unique health plan alternative that is now available for the Central New Jersey business community.
 
If you represent a business with two (2) or more eligible employees and are interested in finding a more cost-effective way of managing your health insurance costs, we encourage you to consider the CentraState Community Health Plan (CCHP) - the first plan of its kind in New Jersey that addresses community-based health care needs and employer health care coverage concerns related to:
